The Manor Farmers' Market is a project of the East Rural Community Center and the Greater Manor Chamber of Commerce, a non profit 501c(3) organization, recognizing the rural heritage and the area's long history of farming and ranching. The mission of the Market is to:
Provide support of an economy and environment which includes a rich and varied farming and ranching culture.
Provide Manor and the surrounding Central Texas region with fresh local produce and products preserving and promoting regional agriculture and artisans as part of a sustainability effort.
Provide for a direct farm-to-consumer marketing venue that will serve diverse populations improving our quality of life.
Provide and promote educational connections between urban residents and local farmers.
The Market is an independent project of the Chamber and the East Rural Community Center, which provides support to the Market on both an organizational and financial basis. Manor Farmers' Market is a Texas Department of Agriculture certified farmers' market that operates weekly from January through December.
